MBA application fees
![]() |
| Nilenod higher study-High application fees |
This is no secret that many qualified candidates do not apply for charging high MBA application fees. Each year, the business the school receives a high volume of online applications that creates a huge difficulty to check all of the documents. As a result, they set application fees higher so that only qualified applicant considers their school. But, this is not the real story, they have found a significant number of qualified students do not apply because of these excess application fees, although they have a deep interest to apply. It is a simple calculation if you apply to one of the universities then there is no guaranty to accept, so logically they consider universities on different segments, such as Dream University, targeted university & safe university. So, in total, they apply to about 3 to 7 universities. Logically, the average application fee of B-school is $250, so the cost range will be $750 to $1750. This is a big financial burden for the needy or international applicants; therefore, they have to think only for those universities that do not charge any application fees. Prestigious universities try to admit the best candidate so that they can proudly say; “this candidate was from our university”. But application fees create a barrier between the top universities & qualified applicants. Below is a breakdown of the top 39 US universities regarding application fees:

M7
business school
‘M7 Business Schools’ is a term used to describe the
group of America’s well-known selected business schools. M in M7 MBA stands for
Magnificent or Magic.
The Dean of m7 came together to form the most
influential informal group known as ‘M7 Business Schools’. They are known for
their quality education, high placement opportunities even in bad economy, and
many Nobel Prize winners being former M7 MBA graduates. These 7 have a history
together that continues –their deans connected with each other years ago and formed
a group to regularly meet and share information. Eventually, these meetings
grew beyond just the deans to include others within their admissions offices,
creating a consistent flow of information. Meetings and discussions address a
range of issues, including best practices for components of the admissions
process and responses to current events that directly impact MBA
admissions.
